ALUCASA, is a company founded in Alicante. Since 1977 it has been producing mobile homes, bungalows and prefabs. Over the years, the company has emerged as a leader in the national and international market due to the high quality and designs of all its products.

More than 35,000 square metres at your disposal

Our facilities cover more than 35,000 square metres of which 12,500 square metres are covered and used for producing residential homes, mobile homes, mobile bungalows, prefabs, parts and accessories.

Inside the factory, there are the following large sections: woodwork, metal structural work -divided into aluminium and ironwork-, furniture assembly, wall assembly and a large section for mobile home assembly, with four series production chains and another one for special and handcrafted models.

We are also aware of the fact that it is crucial to have the best, most qualified workforce. For this purpose we have a training room where we regularly give product training courses for every section, in order to adapt the production of the mobile homes to the European Framework Regulation UNE-EN 1647. We also provide occupational health and safety courses, and as a result, our occupational injury statistics are very low.

Take care of the environment: our challenge

With continuous investment into materials, research and the manufacturing process, nowadays, we make mobile homes to be 90% recyclable. In order to avoid ecological impact, we work with environmentally friendly materials and equipment.

We use expanded polystyrene as insulation. This is an ecological material, 100% recyclable, it does not contribute to ozone depletion, it is totally harmless to health and is also one of the best insulation methods on the market. Likewise, all electrical appliances are class A energy-efficient. Our mobile homes and bungalows are also equipped with valve water saving systems, reducing water volume without sacrificing comfort. Our homes are equipped with LED bulbs, a type of lighting that reduces CO2 emissions by 80% and saves 85% more energy than regular bulbs.

History

Marco A. Sabater founded ALUCASA in 1977. The company started out producing prefabs, detached homes and wooden homes. It was in 1979 when we took a leap and started producing mobile homes. Although it was a familiar, common product in many European countries, the so-called ‘homes on wheels’ were completely unheard in Spain. In the very beginning, these mobile homes were intended for British citizens and citizens from other countries, who were planning to settle in our country.

Due to our presence in the most important national and international fairs and thanks to the effort, dedication and the enthusiasm of all the people who have become part of the “Alucasa Team”, we are now renowned both for our designs and the quality of our prefabs. This is how Alucasa started growing, and these achievements were recognised with the “Estrella de Oro Europea a la Calidad” (European Gold Star for Quality) and a mentioned in the book “Empresas con futuro de la Comunidad Valenciana” (Companies with future potential of the Autonomous Community of Valencia). Because they are such incredible value for money and because of  their mobility, our mobile homes are designed for people who are looking for excellent quality of life.
